Pre Book Modality :

• Step 1:
  • Customer must visit the pre-book website (www.huaweip10.pickaboo.com) and select their desired device (Huawei P10 or Huawei P10 Plus)
  • After selecting their desired handset, they must also select their delivery option, between Robi Sheba, Pickaboo and Huawei Stores/BIS, and then click on ‘pre-book now’.
  • If the customer choose any options like Huawei BIS or Pickaboo, the customer journey for Robi is no longer required
• Step 2:
  • If the customer selects Robi Sheba, they will be re-directed to a shopping cart page, where they will select the handset colour, desired Robi Sheba, and quantity and then click on ‘BUY NOW’
• Step 3:
  • The customer will be taken to another page, where they can review the shopping cart, and the ‘pre-booking’ amount (i.e either BDT 5,690 or BDT 6,690) will show as Grand Total, and customer will confirm and click on ‘proceed to check out’
• Step 4:
  • After this, the following page will require customer to input their information, shipping method, online payment method and then click on ‘place order now’
  • The terms and conditions are all mentioned above the ‘place order now’ which includes the following points:
    • You need to pay 10% of the total amount in advance to confirm your Pre-Book. For Huawei P10 pay BDT 5,690 (MRP BDT 56,900) and for Huawei P10 Plus pay BDT 6,690 (MRP BDT 66,900).
    • You can either use online payment (AMEX, MasterCard, VISA or NEXUS) or Bkash to pay your advance for the Pre-Book.
    • You need to pay the due amount once you have received your pre-booked product. This is applicable for all delivery modes, both home delivery and store collection.
    • While receiving your product, you need to show the system generated invoice and SMS (sent by Pickaboo) to the delivery person/sales person. For system generated invoice please check your email or account at Pickaboo.
    • Pre-book amount is non-refundable.
• Step 5 :
  • After this step, customer will be re-directed to a payment gateway site, and they need to enter necessary details. Meanwhile customer will receive an SMS stating their order number
  • After payment is done, customer will receive another SMS confirming the pre-booking.
  • The online pre-booking process is complete.

• Bonus will be disbursed within 72hrs from tagging
